In this role, we are looking for dynamic, curious hustlers to work closely with our technology teams and enable amazing technology deliveries. This role is great for experienced practitioners who can bring progressive agile coaching and technical project management across software application development, dev-ops, cloud engineering and infrastructure projects.

Must be a team player and able to wear the hats of Scrum Master, Tech PM, BA and with along with enterprise-level organization experience. Agile certifications are preferred.

Core Responsibilities:

* Partner with Business and Client Product leaders to build clear dependencies across technology and business teams for successful release of the product(s).
* Bring transparency to the business team regarding development progress; establish credibility and trust for your engineering team while demonstrating your commitment to deliverables to the business team.
* Proactively communicate progress and decisions with company leadership while showing visibility into gaps, issues, risks and opportunities across teams.
* Facilitate the daily standup meetings which includes both verbal and email communications to collect and consolidate team updates.
* Work across sprints to help facilitate capacity conversations, and identify work that may be blocked due staffing/casting challenges.
* Help organize, prep, and facilitate planning sessions & estimations for future sprints.
* Mentor and develop new Associate Scrum Practitioners added to the group.

Required Experience:

* 4+ years of experience in iterative software development as a technical project manager, business analyst, product manager or simila
* Experience in all phases of product development, software development, and testing lifecycles
* Strong experience with tech groups who run mature program management processes and standards for agile methodologies
* Hands-on experience with complex projects with multiple work streams; management of roadmaps and financials
* Demonstrated professional growth and the proven ability to work cross-functionally
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels including client facing skills
* Expert in agile software delivery methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean
* A real passion for building software solutions with state-of-the-art technology
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related technical field
